I RECEIVED A WRONG/DAMAGED PRODUCT
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us immediately and include photos of the damaged packaging and products. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT OR MY ORDER?
We strive to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase on our website. However, if for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day returns policy from the date you receive your order.
Conditions for returns:
- Returns within 14 days: You have the right to return your product(s) within 14 days of receipt.
- Unused condition: Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in a saleable condition. All original tags, packaging, and accessories must also be returned.
- Original packaging: Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging to prevent damage during transportation.

Refund:

WARRANTY
