We strive to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase on our website. However, if for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day returns policy from the date you receive your order.

Conditions for returns:

• Returns within 14 days: You have the right to return your product(s) within 14 days of receipt.
• Unused condition: Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in a saleable condition. All original tags, packaging, and accessories must also be returned.
• Original packaging: Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging to prevent damage during transportation.
• Return costs: The costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

Returns Process:

• Contact us: Send us an email at info@lamouettebags.nl with your order number and the reason for your return. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
• Pack the product: Make sure the product is securely packed in its original packaging or other sturdy packaging to prevent damage during transit.
• Returns: Send the product back to the address we provide. Make sure you send the package with traceable shipping and keep your receipt until your return has been processed.

Refund:

Once we've received and inspected the returned product, we'll refund the purchase price, excluding any shipping costs, within 10 business days. The refund will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase.
